Congratulations to our new belt upgrades!!! Alex Condos recieved his blue belt last week for his diligent training and commitment over the past year. Also Parabens for Mike Giordano for recieving his purple belt. Mike was praised for his ability to train consistently even through his tough times with some unlucky injuries.
