Free Introductory Class

The intro class is a one-time 30 min class outlining the basics governing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu theory. This class serves as a preparatory class to those interested in seriously enrolling at the academy and training at least twice a week in our beginner "Blue B" program (indicated on our schedule).

Intro class times available for walk-ins. Our introductory classes are offered everyday to fit the busiest of schedules.

Intro classes run Monday - Friday and start sharply @ 6:00pm

Enrollees should show up at least 15 min prior to intro class time with athletic wear (ie shorts or sweatpants and shirt).

To attend a trial lesson you can simply come to the above scheduled times. Please write : “INTRO” at the beginning of your message followed by the date and time you would like to come. Please also leave a contact number. For cost information you must come in and speak with one of our program directors (Max or Rafael).

We provide lockers and showers ...(bring your own lock and towel)

The academy is located at 224 west 30th st (btwn 7th and 8th avenues). Walk into the building past the elevators and down the stairs. We are located in the basement level. For directions to the academy, click here.
