Friday 29th Early Weigh ins 8pm-9pm

Sat. 30th Gokor Seminar 8am-10am, Open to all styles

GI & No-Gi Tournament Starts at 10:30

Kids Weigh-in 8:30am-10am,

Adults Weigh-in 8:30-12 noon

Rules Meeting 10am, Kids Tourney start at 10:30am, Adults GI starts about 12:30 and No-GI about 2:30pm

If you win 1-3 place you will be able to compete in The East Cost Championship in Charlotte , NC On Sept 13th

Sun Aug 31st Gokor Seminar 10am-2:00pm
