Monday’s No-Gi class.

Yesterday we had a full house at our afternoon no-gi class.

In the house, but more importantly, on the mat, we had:
Renzo, John Danaher,Ricardo-Big Dog Almedia, Frankie Edgar, Rolles Gracie, Igor Gracie, Gregor Gracie, Sapo, David Branch, Brian”Slick” Glick, Big Gene, Harry St. Ledger, Luca Attala….and about 40 other warriors.

Yesterday…was a GREAT training day; let’s see what today brings.
